Thanks. I inherited this site so am uncertain as to the rationale behind the h7. However, changing the tag to h6 inserts a blank line after each header line. This is no a killer but it does make things look a little untidy.

I have to go out for tonight (uk time) so if you reply to this message it will be tomorrow when I reply.

1. I have rolled back the plugin to the previous version 1.8.5.5 and the page now displays OK
2. The “Now displays as” text above somehow got formatting mixed in with it. It should have read as < class=”collapseomatic ” id=”id662655918cb97″ rel=”Group-highlander” tabindex=”0″ title=”Art in the Drawing Room” >Art in the Drawing RoomClick here for Group page …..

Many thanks for the advice. I’ve installed Health Check and gone into Troubleshooting mode – and this time Edit_User worked.

I’ve tried enabling some plugins with the bulk enabling but got the message “site failure occured” Likewise it seems whatever I try to enable a single plugin I get an error and have to go back and do “enable anyway”.

Anyway, to cut a long story short, the plugin [Simple User Profile] is the only one that causes an error and coming out of trouble-shooting mode and deactivating that has fixed the problem.

I deleted the plugin and re-installed it; the settings were pretty intuitive and all seems good now. Thanks again for your excellent help.

Very many thanks for the prompt reply. The version is shown as 3.4.9 and was shown as updated 6 days ago and I have updates auto-updates enabled. I can’t see an immediate way to update to 3.4.9.1. directly. Should i just delete the current version and do a reinstall. Should I save current settings or are the install defaults pretty generic.
