So I’m having exactly the same issue with the API key message and as it turns out my client is hosted on Hostgator.
Was there any solution to the missing PHP module on their servers ?

Have to admit I was skeptical, but I changed the Button Text from “Subscribe” to “Subscribe Now” and it now appears.

@therainforestry give this a try.

Resolved for me now.

I’d love to hear something from the Hestia devs on this too. Seemed to be connected to the last theme update for me.

@rodicaelena can you help ?

@therainforestry Took a look at your site in Firefox and the Ribbon section button does not display for me. Don’t see it being drawn in the code view either so it’s not just a browser issue in this case.

Hopefully Hestia HQ can help.

Yes, text and link fields have data in them.
I’ve tried changing these to only plain links but it does not have any effect on the issue with other browsers.

The button in the Ribbon section does not display
Hestia v1.1.71 and Orbit Fox installed. WP 4.9.4
I tried on Mac OS El Capitan 10.11.6 and Sierra 10.12.6 and have the same issue.

I dont have an image background on this section, so tried adding one.
Also tried removing the image that is in the Ribbon (YouTube logo) and changing the URL, but none of these things had any positive effect.

Button does not display in Chrome/Safari, but it does in Firefox on both Mac OS versions.
Any pointers would be helpful.

@rougelatete I noticed that is says Hestia version 1.1.43 in your source code. Could be that’s an older version which needs and update in order to function with WP 4.9.4
