I just added your email to the sale notification email box and then I hit “send test email” again. Did you get anything?

where do I get the edd receipt short code to put on that page? And where do I put it?

no, nothing’s changed.
I tried several “send test emails” and also tried to resend email from my payment history page and I’ve received nothing.

Does it have to do with my settings for the “success page” in the general menu? I’m going to try creating a new success page

Ok, thanks! I just installed the Configure SMTP plugin.
Again, I see no colon in the email subject line in Downloads > Settings > Emails.
What it said was:
BAY OF ALL SAINTS – digital downloads

I just removed the hyphen in case that’s what you were seeing

Do you mean remove the colon in the file name? There is no colon. This is what I see. I uploaded a screen shot of what I see when I unzip the file.

when I hit resend purchase receipt nothing happens. it starts to load but then nothing happens, and eventually I refresh the page
