@buzztone FYI:

Fixed. The problem was a value in Freshdesk admin panel automatically disabled and causes the Reply-to value being ignored. So both wordpress and CF7 were working perfectly always.
Modified this check in Freshdesk and Reply-to worked again.

@buzztone I think it shows “Email Header” information, but not as the same way as Gmail does.
To: Field is “[email protected]”
Reply-To field is “[email protected]”

But the filled reply-to in plugin “additional header” value is the mail of the form, that is: [email protected] when i sent a testing form.

When I click reply in the platform, the system wants to reply to “[email protected]” but it should be [email protected] .

I have nothing similar in my wordpress site to the fields you have posted.

Where is it suposed to be placed?
