Try Now, I made some changes in W3 Cache
The filter was there, but for some reason have visibility: hidden
Now in Edge and Firefox is working, but in safari still with visibility: hidden and no working. I try to change the CSS, but the problem is that no work the AJAX

We put the URLs in a whitelist and it seems that it is already connecting, however it gives me this new error

Wordfence API error: Your site did not send an API key when contacting the Wordfence servers.

In Connectivity all looks fine
And in Database tables all exits

The site has all external traffic blocked, so we will try to whitelist the IPs and try again.
I checked the Diagnostics and an cURL 28 error is the problem, so maybe our server is the problem.
In case that it doesn’t work I will send the debug to you.

Thanks, unfortunately that doesn’t work, so maybe it’s because of the theme, I’m going to contact the theme developer
