In reply to: [Themify - WooCommerce Product Filter] Ajax Filter no Work on SafariHi
I tried with the widget but still hidden, but I also tried to avoid minify a JS file of the plugin (public/js/wpf-public.js) by W3 Total Cache and now is working fine, so the minify option of the plugin was the problem
Thanks

Hello
It seems that it does not work, but apparently it is a problem of our server
this error appears when optimizing an image
WP_SMUSH_API_TIMEOUT ', 150
So I will contact our server manager to optimize the timeout and other things
Thanks for your helpI cannot export because the same error appears
But I found the error, the installation did not complete
I finished configuring the firewall and now it is working
Thank you very much for the help and sorry for the inconvenience.- This reply was modified 4 years, 2 months ago by Emanuel Borbon.
Hello again @wfadam
We put the URLs in a whitelist and it seems that it is already connecting, however it gives me this new error
Wordfence API error: Your site did not send an API key when contacting the Wordfence servers.
In Connectivity all looks fine
And in Database tables all exits- This reply was modified 4 years, 2 months ago by Emanuel Borbon.

The site has all external traffic blocked, so we will try to whitelist the IPs and try again.
I checked the Diagnostics and ancURL 28 error
is the problem, so maybe our server is the problem.
In case that it doesn’t work I will send the debug to you.
