I have the same problem with 3.1.3. It should be solved in version RC 3.2, but that doesnt work for me.

From the Apache log:

PHP Warning: in_array() expects parameter 2 to be array, null given in /home/hund/projects/blogg/wp-includes/query.php on line 2399, referer: https://www.lathund.nu/wp-admin/media-new.php

This addon should solve the problem to: https://www.ads-software.com/extend/plugins/hotfix/, it didnt work for me though.

I havent been able to upload images for months now and its kinda enoying. ??

I have tried that plugin now without any luck.

Nothing has changed on the server. Im not the only one with this kind of problem after upgrading to WordPress 3.0.
