At least my simple work around has worked. I put the form on my site, where it works perfectly, and did a redirect from my clients site.

I agree Yordan. Unfortunately this is a client site and I do not manage the hosting, which is also unfortunately at GoDaddy. So setting up the SMTP would require a client google email account or other SMTP account which my client would need to set up and I would need access to change the DNS setting etc., which in my quick look at my client’s GoDaddy hosting does not seem to allow access to change DNS.

I have a couple other avenues I’m exploring that may bear results.

I am in a similar situation. I can get it to work with any of my sites that have a “UA” code but I created a new account/property with Google Analytics and their new default is a “Google Analytics 4 Property” which begins with a “G” code.

When I try to add the account to MonsterInsights I can see my whole list of UA codes but the new property option does not appear in the list.

The only solution I can see is to go back in to Google Analytics and create the old “UA” type universal code. I can access this option under “advanced options” when creating a property. https://support.google.com/analytics/answer/10269537

Which, of course, does not answer your how to make Web Streams work with Monster Insights…

I have not made any changes to the functions.php file that comes within the Divi theme.

I checked the error log.Had this error showing for that date:
public_html/wp-content/themes/Divi/functions.php:102

The 500 error appeared within the Divi builder window,if that makes any sense to you. The really strange part was I ran the plugin on another page on the same site without issue. But that page was a test page and had nothing else on it. The page with the issue was the home page and had quite a bit going on.

I do have cPanel access. I own a reseller account so I have access to all the sites and I own or operate all of them.

Using my limited knowledge…

I found the error.log file, and the message was:
Internal server error 500, No response from subprocess ( (cpanel)): The subprocess reported error number 72,057,594,037,927,935 when it ended. The process dumped a core file.

Mean anything to you?

I tried, as you suggested, disabling Swift, not checking the keep Warmup tables button. And after reactivating Swift I still have the issue. Dang!

I also am using Divi and having the same issue as rlmsfo.

The backend disappears. Page displays fine, you just lose all backend editing capabilities. If I turn plugin off everything returns.

I guess I can design the quiz, place short code and I get one crack at editing layout because once I hit view page I can’t go back with out turning off plugin.

Dang.

Let me answer my own question…

While the old address appears in the browser menu bar it is being re-directed to the new location. (Has to be given I deleted the old location.) It works!
