Same problem here. Form has been working for years. Uses paragraph marks only, and html mail is checked. Message all squashed together. I understand the fix is to replace the html-formatter, but could not figure out how to get the old one out of GitHub.

I had not done that but have now. We now think the emails were gotten from one individual whose emails had been hacked. Not from the site.

Our WordPress settings had ccpteam.com/t2020 and step 4 had https://www.ccpteam.com. We had to change the WordPress and now it is working. We are very excited to have this excellent plugin, and appreciate the quick response.

try adding the plugin “Advanced noCaptcha & invisible Captcha ”

It allows you to put the shortcake [anr_nocaptcha g-recaptcha-response] where the plugin is to go, and also allows hiding it for logged in users. You can select from different versions of reCaptcha.

We are having the same problem. We also upgraded to PHP 7.3 and WordPress 5.3 at the same time. We are running 5.9.7.1 but I restored 5.9.5 and it seems to have the same thing which makes me suspicious of the php?

I also want to give a lot of Praise to Events Manager team. I found an email to contact them, and they got back to me several times. The bottom line is they were doing everything right, and Sitelock had generated a false positive.

Were there databases changes made in the latest version, and could I safely revert to the previous version?

somehow during the upgrade, the settings/formatting had gotten changed, and I kept looking at it and seeing what I wanted to see instead of what was there. I changed it to the correct m/d/y and everything is okay now.

I checked the options before and after the recovery, and they were the same.

BUT TODAY everything worked correctly. To our knowledge we did not change anything, although we know something had to change.

I tried the reset button in the test system, which was working perfectly before the reset, and now it has a similar problem! The only difference is that when I first hover over Events, it shows the full menu. But when I click on Events, all I see is Bookings. Then I click on Bookings, and the full menu is displayed.

The good news is that I can experiment here to find the solution. But I have no idea what to try.

Yes, all capabilities for these users are checked except for delete_others_locations, delete_event_categories, and edit_event_categories, . And the users do eventually get the full menu, but not until they have hit Bookings. And the same setup works in the test environment and on my MAMP setup and did work before our restore.

I am running WP 3.9.2 . The problem exhibits with just the Responsive Maintenance Pro activated, as also reported by Miguel.

I changed the link to “attachment” and possibly deactivated another plugin, but in any case I am seeing the social icons now. I thought I read somewhere that you had to say link=file, which gives you the image outside of wordpress. But the attachment leaves you in the wordpress environment so the social icons work.
