Nobody is going to do anything to fix this serious problem? It would be nice to at least know that they are working on it, and if they are not going to fix it at least say so to find an alternative to this plugin, I use it on many websites.

Hi, I have the same problem except with hotmail and gmail addresses, if a subscriber registers with a hotmail or gmail address it works fine, but if the suscriber register with another address it causes the error “Can’t add user”, I have tried several browsers and with all I have the same problem, can you help me please??
