In reply to: [Shopping Cart & eCommerce Store] WP Easycart is fantastichey, we appreciate the time it takes to write a review and appreciate that it’s working good for you! thanks again for good words.
IPN doesn’t do anything with shipping, so must be unrelated. I would need you to go to https://www.wpeasycart.com/my-account and you can submit a secure support ticket that way and we can assist properly.
So you likely have a paypal IPN setup over on paypal itself. You might jump over to paypal, go through your settings and profile area and look for the IPN and see if it’s set… if so, you can remove it over on paypal.
Every time a transaction happens on paypal it’s likely trying to send that to an old IPN, which if you removed cart66, you do not need anymore. EasyCart sends the correct IPN with a transaction so you don’t need to set one for EasyCart usually.
If you use EasyCart, you can get support at https://www.wpeasycart.com/my-account if you are a paid user. We don’t often check over here on www.ads-software.com. thanks

In reply to: [Shopping Cart & eCommerce Store] Add to Cart NOT WORKING in Chrome on MacHello:
We don’t typically provide support here on wordpress, I just happened to get an email here, but you might need to visit our site https://www.wpeasycart.com/my-account and you can securely submit support requests from your account. We provide support for all paid users and members.
Just to kind of guess though, it sounds like you may have caching installed, sometimes a cache plugin like W3 Total Cache or Performance Cache plugins will cause things to load differently and see varying results… but just a guess. Without a ticket and testing on site it’s hard to tell.
thanks

In reply to: [Shopping Cart & eCommerce Store] Use EasyCart for Product Display onlyHello:
So easycart is designed as a full ecommerce system rather than a simple paypal button. If you needed that functionality, you would need to look to paypal for a simpler solution.
Our solution offers users the chance to have a shopping cart, add multiple items to their cart, then checkout and pay all at once. We allow digital downloads, retail products, option sets on products, and a ton of other features that a button may not offer.
hope that helps… you can try a free copy at https://www.wpeasycart.com if you needed. We even let you download the Professional edition for 14 days free from our website.
thanks
Should work fine on PHP 8, I’m running PHP 8 on a lot of sites already… hard to tell really without looking though at the full setup here.
I am getting a 404 error on that page, and they are warnings which must be on somehow with PHP.
I’d’ say to probably email support at [email protected] and I can try to look at it. Normally we get tickets with secure login info, but we would likely need to login and look.
happy to help get it going though..
thanks
Try going to wordpress settings -> permalinks and make sure its on Post name method.
Also, our diagnostics panel has a few links to try resetting permalinks, worth running once you have proper permali k structure setup.
So our free edition that comes on wordpress here uses our connect server as a mid-point with the 3 payment providers stripe, square, and paypal. The fees for this are processed via the payment processors and our connect server as a SaaS system… and 2% fees if you use those gateways.
Many users utilize our free edition to showcase a catalog only, or they use manual payments and invoice clients as well. of course there is no fees on those and you are free to do that.
If you go with the pro/premium edition of easycart, then we remove the 2% fees and connect system, you connect directly to your gateway of choice, including stripe, square, paypal or 30+ other providers we have integrated. we are not a middle man in those cases and you do not use our SaaS connect system.
hope that helps. If you have more questions, please reach out to us on our website at https://www.wpeasycart.com as we do not check here regularly… thanks

In reply to: [Shopping Cart & eCommerce Store] Remove site title from email previewsHi, I just happened to see this pop up and we don’t provide support here on wordpress. The best solution is to go to https://www.wpeasycart.com/my-account and you can submit a secure support ticket and we can look at the email issue and examples that way.
Emails can be custom configured, but it’s all about creating a child theme file and you will be diving into the PHP/HTML coding for it to customize as you see fit.
thank you

In reply to: [Shopping Cart & eCommerce Store] Fatal Error Message!!Sorry, the url is https://www.wpeasycart.com
You can also look for us on chat if we are available, just mention you came from over here… but I bet the wordpress just needs to be updated as that error is indicative of a wordpress being back before 4.7.

In reply to: [Shopping Cart & eCommerce Store] The ONLY Shopping Cart to Use!thanks for the great review! We work hard to support it and build it into what it is today. We agree, at the price point, and all-in-one, it’s a good tool.

In reply to: [Shopping Cart & eCommerce Store] Cart/checkout slow/not loadingHello:
We don’t provide any support here, might jump over to our site at https://www.wpeasycart.com and submit a ticket if you like, we can look on-site this way and really help. Sounds like slow hosting though. I took a look at the site, cart, checkout all worked really very fast on my end… less than a second or two to load each system.
