This is the scenario:The user clicks on a page with a gravity form (i am using gravity forms + user registration ), where they are activated with a specific role. Also on the navigation is a login link to a page with login shortcode using the profile builder. when they use the login form they are not immediately logged in, instead they get the Verification Message, and a Verificatin link is sent to them: the link sends them to the WordPress login page. ( in this case, it is the domain/wp-admin page) where they can then be logged in. I don’t want them having to complete a login by using the Verification link sent to them, but just simply be logged in by using the profile builder.

i am reworking the api stuff.
in the OA credentials, do i need to fill that out?Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Reviews and Rating – Google Reviews] Review not showingi added a shortcode to show a gravity form right below , to prove to myself that the page shows shortcodes, and to rule out some strangeness from oxygen page builder.
the whole code from the page is[reviews_rating_link maps_link]View Location on Google Maps[/reviews_rating_link] [gravityform id="1" title="true" description="true"]
if i do not have any reviews what would show up? perhaps it is not the right api being setup??
ok i was about to test it but right at the last condition i was not able to do the selected page and choose the page. the drop down to see the choice A Selected Page did not come up.
here is a link to the image where i am stuck.
https://www.dropbox.com/s/eoj2cx5ezibfkoj/stuckthere.jpg?dl=0ok here is an update, i have it working again.
i don’t know what exactly happened, but the second choice for the IS not function began to work, and added the IS NOT right under the first choice for the IS NOT.
so in one box, the IS NOT the Home Page, and the IS NOT A Selected Page occurs. But in the example you sent me, there are two boxes for those functions, with the large AND between them. I hope this makes sense to you? However the issue outlined here might obtain for others. I was persistent, cleared caches on the sg server , etc. that didn’t help either.- This reply was modified 2 years, 7 months ago by eddierosenthal.
i think you can mark this resolved for now, i simply removed the restriction for the home page. i don’t think that i can both restrict and not restrict the login/reg page – logically! so it is set now properly to logged out users.
so i have as admin – i am able to see the home page now, but not the login page.
ideally i as admin should be able to see both of those, but it won’t matter to folks i don’t believe.
great plugin! and reading the other support questions i believe you are great!Forum: Plugins
In reply to: [Reorder Posts] trying to make it workupdate: i don’t know exactly why but now its working.
i’ve put in place the code, then removed it. ( it was showing stuff on the front end, and also giving me an error in the admin panels).
I changed the settings to Menu Order, ASC. and now the publishing date is being used, which is what i wanted. I do NOT understand why it works, as there is no code using MENU ORDER, and further ASC would in my mind anyway, mean that the latest post would be last.
/ethe question was theoretical. if i were to use this plugin, can it hide the player or the play button or both ( using vimeo videos).

In reply to: [Smart Slider 3] slider does not show unless i login firstwhat is also odd is that bitnami has a ssl cert for this instance of lightsail. I created that when i created the instance of wordpress.

In reply to: [Smart Slider 3] slider does not show unless i login firstthis is sort of an odd thing then. I am hosting on aws/lightsail, and am using a bitnami generated ssl.
so then, the answer is / must have an ssl created on the domain registrar?
