No, I think its not bloggar,

as when locale is not set to the proper value, you can edit it via rich text editor, but it is stored wrong in the database, and if you export the db and import it on an other pc it is inserted wrong.

when setting locale to latin1 ( or what so ever ), rich text editor AND bloggar AND Mysql are working proper.

ok, I found the solution, I had to change the encoding in admin->option->reading to latin1 and it worked.

Hi out there,

my configuration is on my win xp local maschine:

Apache 1.33
php 5.0.5
mysql 5

And there a default for an text Datatype like in wp_posts post_exerpt is not possible. I dont know why, but maybe it is cause if my configuration.

by the way, against which version should i open a bug for beta 2?

I am not sure, as I am at work now, but I think some of the column-types does not support defaults, or maybe mysql admin gui does not support them ;).

I’ll take a look tonight at home.
