Altervista, the host of my site, allow an easy creation of new sites, but quite limited to non-existent direct control of the database(except for the backup of it and a few other limited options), so I’ll need to report them the problem and hope they’ll be able to help me fix it.Hi @capuderg,
did you implement the use of InnoDB only starting with the 3.0.1?Because before such release there was no warning about problems with the InnoDB; so, if the InnoDB was already used before, the problem shouldn’t be on the host side, unless they decided to “block” it coincidentaly at the same time I’ve updated the plugin.
I’ll still try to report them such problems, but I still would like to make sure of when InnoDB use has been implemented in the plugin to better understand the origin of the problem.

mysqlnd 5.0.12-dev – 20150407 – $Id: 7cc7cc96e675f6d72e5cf0f267f48e167c2abb23 $
, whilst the Server version is
5.6.33-log
.
Did I report the right data? Is that the right version?

After following your instructions you sent me, the plugin works perfectly again, as it used with the previous version.
I’ll leave here a copy of your instructions, in case someone else find itself stuck with the same problem:
1. Rename your customized templates (instead of deleting them so u can refer to them if needed in step 3).
2. Copy the templates again by going to WooCommerce->Emails->Email template name->Manage
3. Make the customization changes again and test if things work fine.
4. Once things work fine, please delete the old templates.Kind regards.

sorry, I forgot to specify my WooCommerce version: is the 4.9.1(the problem was present already with previous versions).
On WordPress 5.6.I’ll check the plugin you linked; thank you for your suggestion.
EDIT: checked the linked plugin; it seems to be abandoned and obsolete. Reading the lastest reviews, it seems to not work properly anymore, unfortunatly.
Would you know any other plugin which the same function, but updated recently to be compatible with the modern version of WooCommerce?

My pseudo-solution stopped working, without me making any change to the site or the plugin. A customer paid an order this night at 00:20, and yet the dashboard didn’t update his data at this hour. The update scheduled action is again pending for hours without any idea if and when it’ll start by itself.
If Cron is really triggered only by users visit on the site, it should have been triggered at least 39 times(between 00:00 and now), as this is the reported number of visit by Google Analytics.
Gotta try some new fix, but I’m out of ideas…

Unfortunatly, my site is set as mono-language, so I don’t think that could be the cause; unless the problem it’s somehow linked to Loco Translate, which I use to translate some plugins available only on English(whilst the site is in Italian).

I’m sorry, but the problem is still present.As I answered on my other support ticket(https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/woocommerce-dashboard-showing-no-data-2/#post-12439310), I found a pseudo-solution to the problems regarding your plugin, but it’s not something perfect and I wish I didn’t have to resort to it, cause it producing some other problems to the site.

unfornatly, no. The problem persist.The only pseudo-solution I found to make it work has been to disable the ALTERNATE_WP_CRON, following some suggestions I found online about this dashboard problem; this finaly made the dashboard auto update, but also gave me quite a few other headaches in other parts of the site, like producing doubles of every single page with different url ending in /?doing_wp_cron, which forced me to use a redirection plugin and a little fix to the .haccess(not an easy one, seeing how my host manage it and theoricaly doesn’t allow modification to it) to solve it. So is not really a stable solution which I would suggest to implement in the long run, but allowed me to make the dashboard work properly for now. Still would prefer if it worked properly without this kind of workaround.
