    Hi @pinalshah,
I updated the plugin to the new 1.6.4 version and tried to send a quote request to the site, but, as the customer, I still received a quote email with broken code:

    Hi @pinalshah,
sorry for the delay, but it took me a few days to find the free time necessary to work on it.
As you suggested, I manualy replaced each file and then attempted to send a quote request to see if it worked.
Unfortunatly, it didn’t. As a customer, I still received the email with a broken format on the price side.

    Hi @pinalshah,
I downloaded the fix and tried to install it, but WordPress didn’t complete the operation and reported the following:

The package cannot be installed. No valid plugins were found.

    Plugin installation failed.

So, unfortunatly, I couldn’t test if it solve the problem or not.

    Hi @imazed,
a little update on the problem: whilst trying to fix another problem with Woocommerce Admin(https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/orders-tab-not-working/), I’ve found that the fix works also for this problem, so they have probably a common origin.

Tweaking a bit around, I found a temporary fix:
I’ve to go to Analytics > Settings, click “Delete Previously Imported Data”(it’ll not work if I don’t delete all the data, everytime), refresh the page, start the Import, then go back to Woocommerce > Status > Scheduled Actions > Pending and manualy start each session of the import(it’ll not start by itself; even tried to wait for a few hours, but it would only work if I started it manualy). And I’ve to repeat this operation after every new order; it doesn’t update itself automaticaly, so it’s not really practical or convenient to use.

The problem, as reported in the other topic, is that it is only a temporary fix that I’m forced to repeat everytime I receive a new order; it’ll not update itself automaticaly.

For example, I received a new order and the customer immediatly paid it; checked the dashboard, but the data was not updated. Waited a couple of hours, but no change happened. I then repeated the procedure reported above and, finaly, the data updated. But I needed to repeat it again with the next order and will need to repeat it after each future order, making it really inconvenient to use.

    Hi @harishanker,
the 4 orders were made in the previous 7 days. Now there are 10 on hold, waiting for the payment.

Even after that, only paied orders appear in the tab; the one on hold, waiting just for customers payment, aren’t shown.

    Hi @harishanker,
    thank you for your reply.

As you can see yourself in the screenshot, when I took it, the order was received by 47m(and I did click a few minutes after receiving it). I could understand a delay of a few seconds or minutes, but after almost an hour, it should correctly show up.

I had also 4 orders waiting for payment that weren’t showing in the tab.

    Hi @imazed,
as you suggested, I tried to completely disinstall and reinstall the plugin.
That didn’t solve the problem and now the fatal error warning showed up again on the log:

About the theme, I’m using a Storefront child theme.

For the attempt at deactivating each plugin and then reactivate them, it may not be so easy, because I need most of them to make the site works properly and can’t really deactivate the site for a long period of time; if it can help, I’ll copy&paste the list of all active plugins on my site. Maybe you could immediatly notice some plugin which you know may cause incompatibility problems:

    Hi @imazed,
I made sure to update Woocommerce Admin to the last version, 0.23.3, then tried to rebuild the data and made sure to clear the cache of the site.
    Still no data showed.
The only change I noticed is that there was no fatal error warning reported in the log, after running the data rebuild, as it happened the previous times; still, that didn’t solve the dashboard showing no data about products sold and money earned: only 0 everywhere. Even tried to manualy change the period showed to make sure it would cover all of the 2019, even attempted back to 2018(when I wasn’t still using Woocommerce, but who knows? :3), but always showing only 0 for each table.

Should I try to completely remove Woocommerce Admin and then reinstall it?

    Hi (@pinalshah),
    thank you for your reply.

If possible and not a problem, it would be nice if there was another option that allow to automaticaly apply the Global Settings to new products too.
For how my shop works, I can’t use a normal e-commerce format(I’ve no full control on the inventory, so I’ve to check availabilty for every order, and depending of which kind of product, shipping price may vary greatly) and your “Ask for a quotes” plugin is perfect, so it’ll wouldn’t be a problem to have it forced automaticaly on each new products, without having to set it manualy each time.

I’ll wait for new updates regarding the matter.

Thank you again for your plugin and your support.

Me too, I hope it’ll be solved soon.

I took a moment to leave a positive review there.

Thanks again for your kind answer.

Checking the Altervista forum, it seems that I’m not the only one coming upon this problem: https://forum.it.altervista.org/le-pubblicit-di-altervista/283757-avviso-importante-da-google-adsense.html
I’ll try to add my experience to the existing topic and see how the situation will evolve.

Thank you again for your support and helpfulness.

    Hi Thomas Maier,
thank you for your kind and complete answer.

Seeing as you are more experienced then me, I would like to ask your opinion about the problem: keeping in mind that I had that account active for almost 2 years, with the same ads.txt settings(it has been probably set automaticaly by Altervista, the host, from the start, cause to show the ads on my site, I had to link my Altervista and Google Adsense accounts and then Altervista did automaticaly all the work on the backend), and didn’t change from then, did Adsense change their requisite recently and decided to “punish” whoever use a different method or is simply a mistaken warning that should disappear soon?
Should I worry to not earn anything anymore and so should I try to fix it in some way(not sure how, seeing how it is set by the host and not me) or should I don’t worry, ignore the warning and keep going on as usual(now it has been almost 2 weeks from when it started to show up that warning and I kept earning daily as usual; for example yesterday it was 0,25€)?

Yes, I can confirm using AdSense only on that site and no other site. On the AdSense dashboard, clicking on the Fix the error button, will take me to my site list, where again AdSense ask me to make an ads.txt for one of my site, reporting the url for my one and only site: edicolablack.altervista.org
Funnily enough, at the bottom of that page there is the full list of my sites(still only one) and on the right it report the site as Ready(in green), that should confirm that the site is working properly for them.

Again, thank you for your support and collaboration.

Okay, I tried to insert it manualy, writing letter by letter and it seems to work properly this time. Seems it was my fault that I probably pasted some extra space.

Thank you again for your support and kind patience with my problems caused mostly by my mistakes.

    Thank you for your video.
I checked it and can confirm that I used the same procedure to compile the custom provider window.
Instead, it seems that the problem is with the URL itself; following your video instructions, I tried to insert a fake URL(like https://www.test.com) and that in-correctly worked. Now the Track button is available again and if I press the tracking number on the Orders page, it’ll redirect me to the in-correct tracking page.

For some reasons the URL https://www.poste.it/cerca/index.html#/risultati-spedizioni/%number% is interfering with the tracking system, blocking it.

    (@edicolablack)

As you can see on the following screenshot, in which I deselected the logo, when the lines are empty, the first report the voice Image and the second Tracking URL. When I click the Caricare(Upload) button and choose the custom provider logo, the system automaticaly insert the link to the logo image in the first line, whilst I manualy pasted the Tracking URL in the second line: https://i.postimg.cc/dVvRNrfQ/Image-Line.png
