May i ask if these are all part of the core package?

Just read the examples (sorry, forgot to expand it). Here are the valid entries i suppose:
Example 1: 195.47.89.*
Example 2: 195.47.*.*
Example 3: 195.*.*.*

Wonder if i can enter a format something like
1.2.3.0/17
3.4.5.0/24
5.6.7.8/19 etc?

Does it mean in .htdocs, where the settings are placed, the IPs are written that way as well?

Hi @mbrsolution, as much as that offers additional features, it does not seem to offer blocking based on site referer though.

@mbrsolution: it is running on Windows 2012R2. i am using xampp with wordpress.
@wpsolutions: hopefully this plugin could be added in the future, i can see that it may not be that straightforward to have enabled as using a 3rd party plugin broke my website’s wordpress admin page.
