Okay, so I found the following code in my theme files:

$site_description = get_bloginfo('description', 'display');

Is that what I want to change? And, if so, what would the syntax be? I’ve tried a couple things on my own and just managed to crash my site over and over again. ??

Okay, I redid the export/import and it still did the same thing. There aren’t a whole lot of options in the process for me to be getting it wrong. Help?

Yes! That’s exactly my problem! Thank you so much for taking the time to look at that. I don’t understand why that happened when I had the “download and import images” option checked on the import. And I DID use the built in WordPress export and import, but I’ll try it again!

Dang, that made it work, alright. I REALLY hope it’s not the plugin I think it is…. Guess it’s time to deactivate and reactivate one at a time….
