I’ve also had this issue using Twenty Sixteen theme and Google Chrome. It started recently.

In reply to: [Twenty Sixteen] WP 2016 – Picture troubleI also have this problem when I use the Gutenberg / block editor, displaying images using the image block. The preview is fine, but the published post has mis-sized and/or mis-aligned images (almost all of them, and not always consistently mis-sized or misaligned).
I use the classic editor for many of my posts and have no problem with these. Only the posts containing image blocks.
Edit: I just discovered I could fix this by disabling the Jetpack lazy load function. I had enabled lazy load functionality in another plugin, so perhaps this was the problem.
Actually, I just downloaded the pro trial in another site and it all works!
Thanks ??Cheers Brad. Just come back from a holiday with too many pictures to post, so that will be interesting to test. I tested the pro a while back and not sure if I’d be able to test it again. Didn’t know about that setting at the time.
Cheers Brad.

In reply to: [Gutenberg] Classic block issueHelpful discussion – thanks. This new editor essentially forces you to add one image at a time if you want them to display in the text rather than in a gallery. I’ll sometimes add 40+ photos in the text because I think it’s easier to view that way, and that would be slow going one at a time. This plugin allows me to continue adding multiple images in the text in one go which is just great ??
I’m having this problem too. Started very recently.
I worked this out. When I deselected “Serve images from our servers” on the Jetpack plugin this resolved the issue.
One more piece of information: it appears that all the images on my site are affected (not headers) except for two posted as featured images, but then these two are also affected when I post them into a page as content. The inconsistency makes it difficult for me to understand what is causing this problem. Any ideas would be appreciated. I’ve noticed the wordpress.com Twenty Sixteen demo works fine, so the theme should work.
Cheers,
EdwardA quick update. On the following page the featured image is also affected by this same scenario, only it remains centred rather than left aligned.

The featured image in my first link (Tasmania) was not affected, only the content images.

In reply to: [Enhanced Media Library] Filter media library items by multiple categoriesI would also like to know this. If not currently possible perhaps it could be included in future updates.
