Another thing to note is that Express shipping might not always be available for all of your shipments and products. Multiple factors can affect it like fulfillment location, delivery address, products, and maybe even whether a phone number is added or not at the checkout.

We plan to update our plugin this week but your error doesn’t seem to be related to this. You should try checking other plugins and disabling/enabling them as one of them might cause this error on your end. Hope you’ll be able to solve it.

It’s not possible to update your existing products with the new size guides. New size guides only work with product push.

The size guide measurement unit translations are fixed with plugin version 2.1.21.
Now when the size guide is displayed, translations for ‘Inches’ and ‘Centimeters’ will be taken from the printful.pot fileHey,
Something does seem to be wrong with your site / server configuration, as some of the pages on your website open with SSL, but others without.
In terms of the personalization tool, the website URL that was saved on Printful didn’t match the actual URL of the site – http was mentioned there instead of https. We updated the URL settings for you on Printful and the personalization tool should work now. But we’d still suggest you to look into your server configuration because if the HTTP → HTTPS redirect is not always working properly, similar issues might return.
Hey! Thanks for contacting us. We automatically pass our tracking info to WooCommerce and if a plugin can take and use this info then it should work fine. But we haven’t tested all tracking plugins and can’t recommend or guarantee anything here.
