Our Support team has the tools and skills to troubleshoot problems but this looks like an issue with your WooCommerce store or the website itself as your error message states “Invalid response from your WooCommerce store. Please make sure your site is working and no plugins are blocking WooCommerce API access.”. Hopefully, someone else will be able to help you here or you can try other WooCommerce forums.

We recently changed product attributes to global attributes for all print and warehousing products.

All products that are pushed to the WooCommerce store will have this in effect already but existing products need to be updated manually on the WooCommerce store side.

I checked your website and it looks like that it has something to do with your theme settings and not the Printful plugin. You can try to contact the theme support about this particular issue.

This looks like something that isn’t affected by Printful’s plugin. You should reach out to your hosting provider to learn more about this issue. Your situation looks way more serious and our plugin couldn’t cause that.

You should follow these video instructions but don’t check the “Disable standard Woocommerce rates for products fulfilled by Printful” box and then disable the Standard shipping options from your Printful dashboard. Lastly, you should add your free shipping flat rate option on WooCoommerce.

Those rates are added because you have enabled live shipping rates for your store. We’ll show the available rates each time some checks out from your store. Sometimes there might be just one extra option and sometimes there will be more.

Those rates that you see next to your free shipping rate are our provided rates and they aren’t random. We display these rates based on our carrier data and these rates may show differently each time. You can learn more about our shipping here:
