Envira Gallery will use the image files that are created automatically by the WordPress media library which includes different sizes by default so they can be available to serve any of the different screen sizes. If you see a different behavior than the mentioned above, please submit a support ticket and provide all the details as we will investigate that.

This happens usually after a migration. Your site is using HTTP and the URLs for the images are still using HTTP so you need to update that. You can use the tool fix migration under the Envira Tools or a plugin like Better search and replace so you can update all the links to the correct URL and that should fix the problem. If you have any doubts, please provide all the information HERE and we can definitely take a look.
