In reply to: [WooCommerce PayPal Payments] Your Site is Experiencing a Technical IssueThanks Femi
Nothing appears wrong on the Plugin page or Connection page. Status shows “connected” and all the fields below that (merchant ID, client ID, secret key etc) are all the same and untouched.
Just to be sure, are you suggesting that I use the “disconnect account” and then set everything up again? If possible, I really would prefer not having to do that as I remember it took a while for me to set this up the first time, having to locate those IDs from Paypal. I don’t exactly remember how to do this anymore and I’m afraid of messing things up.
Since the email from WordPress I am still getting payments successfully for new orders, so looks like connection is OK?
Another thing is I’m using Query Monitor on my site and when I’m on the Paypal setting page, it turned RED with 4 hits of HTTP API calls error, screenshot here – https://ibb.co/rFgxbRn
Is there any way we can resolve this and is this possibly also the reason why I’ve been experiencing slowness on my site, both front end and back?
Many thanks again for your help.

Checked with my hosting company and you’re right default execution time is 30.
How much do you suggest I should change this to before trying this again?Hi,
I’ve made 2 more attempts. first time adjust to 500 and increased request frequency to 7sec but failed. 2nd try I adjusted to 300 and increased to 10sec but also failed.

No unfortunately it didn’t work. I changed it to 1000 (see link) but it still hanged at about 48% and then showed “failed”.
