The issue is resolved. It turns out that the Multiple Themes Plugin which is active in my WP account was key to solving this, which is a theme that chooses different templates for your website based on the URLs. I added the ‘?gclid=XX’ URL to this list and made it specifically choose for the /welkom theme, and now it is working perfectly fine.

Ah yes I found the DO SHORTCODE function and now it works! Thank you for your input.

I am not sure what you mean, but yes I think CF7 makes use of shortcode. But that does not work for the page I mentioned.

Thank you very much for this accurate answer, that was very helpful. It is as I thought, some coding needs to be done.

Do you know if this is something that would generally be complex? I would not mind learning some programming myself (although I am very much a beginner).
