Found the culprit, it’s WP Cost Estimation & Payment Forms Builder!
Deactivating this fixes CF7 form.
Maybe someone else will have that issue as well, so I hope this info helps.

I need to check if everything works like it’s supposed to and I’m gonna mark this as resolved.

The staging site should work now.
I’ve started deactivating plugins to see if there’s a compatibility issue.
For now I deleted:
CF7 affiliate send email plugin 2
CF7 Pipedrive Integration
Affiliates Contact Form 7 Integration
Contact Form 7 Datepicker
Contact Form 7 Extension For Mailchimp
Contact Form 7 Google Analytics Integration
Honeypot for Contact Form 7

It still doesn’t work.
Please check the screenshot below to see what the issue is. It should say Add new contact form when it says “Edit Contact Form” instead.
