Copying the files from the zip file to the uploads/fbrfg/ folder worked. It may have been an issue with the folder permissions because I had to get my host to modify something before I could upload them.

I was looking through previous support posts to make sure that this issue hadn’t already been addressed and came across a post that talked about the zip file. So using an ftp tool I checked the location to make sure it was there and downloaded the file to check the contents.

I did upload the icons using the plugin and was able to successfully view them on cmproficiency.com. Going through the same process on the test site was not successful. Since there seems to be an issue with the fbrfg folder, can I just upload the icons from the zip file to that folder?

I upgraded to 3.5.1 and now it works.

That worked thank you. I actually read that in the instructions but noticed today, after reading your reply, that not all of the options were displayed on Table IV until I started looking for 19 and 20.

Never mind I realized that some of my files sizes were over 250 KB when I removed those files the slide show started working.

Still not sure how to change the order of the album.

Chip – they do have a paid for option but they also have a template support desk and when I have asked them questions we mysteriously get disconnected or they tell me that they are going to transfer me to an advanced technical expert (and I never get a response). I do not mind paying for the support I just want a straight answer that I need to.

esmi – From my understanding the sql file is to make the template look exactly like the demo online. So when you load the sql file all of the content, pictures, widgets, etc. are put into your WordPress site. These are the tables that are being modified by the sql file:
