Any help? Is this the right place to post this questions?

I just received same note from my hosting provider recently.
I’m hosting about 40 WordPress installs, each one on it’s on CPANEL (yes, it matter on speed if you have many WordPress in one CPANEL), and with about 12 plugins on each one.
For two weeks I have been dealing with my provider. They are shutting me down every other day, I have been uninstalling plugins and fixing settings all over.
I ever did what Wfasa told about Low Resource Scans in all my wordfence plugins
I’m using the free ones, and the field “Use low resource scanning. Reduces server load by lengthening the scan duration.” is checked on all of them.
using the free version, I can’t schedule times for scan, (it’s a premium feature)
Then, today, after all that, I still receiving messages from my hoster, now complaining specific about wordfence:

This line has been offending the server CPU in every single WordPress site with Wordfence that I have.
the count range from 50, all the way up to 400
the CPU percentage from 12% (acceptable) up to 90% (way over my 25% limit)

I do like wordfence and I think it’s a good plugin. But I can’t afford having my sites shutdown every other day by my host provider.
Besides the Low Resource Scans, is there any way I can limit the use of wordfence hitting my /admin-ajax.php ?

In time: I installed a plugin to control WordPress Heartbeat, but seams like Wordfence by pass that plugin. I limite it to one every 60seconds, but using or not using, the cpu load is the same on Wordfence.

Open to ideas

Before doing the switch, I decide to update the whole server to PHP5.6
It was only on the /host that I have the command to use PHP5.6, then I update it from the root ( / ) to use always PHP5.6 (was 5.4) and then the form worked…

Thank you for taking time on my question.
That page you point is the same one I already visit (pointed that on the original question)
The page do not offer a solution for what could be a SPAM (which I’m not sure it is, since the verbose on the error is different. My says “There was an error trying to send your message. Please try again later.” and your says: “Failed to send your message. Please try later or contact adminsitrator by other way”)

Any other ideas?

I’m using WP Twenty Fifteen theme and to be honest, I have no idea how to change it to use automatic excerpts, based on a specific content length.
From what I read, that will be great since I could have excerpt and the ‘read more’ all in one.
But my programming skills are way below that level.
I research the web looking for ‘automatic excerpts’ but tons of info come in and I’m not sure I can follow that.
As far as I know, Twenty Fifteen does not respect excerpts on the first page, this is why it lists all recent posts in total.
What I’m trying to accomplish is continue using Twenty Fifteen but having only few lines for each post on the front page.
I have writers who are doing the texts for me and I would like to have then filling the post the way I only have to read it and post it.

I will look further about excerpts and if you have a good tutorial you can send me to, appreciate as well.

Im waiting for you. The problem still there. One writer that I have has it.
I will try to find out if she is using a different software or something diferent, but the issue still there.

I got mine fix when I place the code, below the last }
so: I went to the STYLE.CSS, roll until the and of it,
then after the last } I placed:

span.wpcf7-list-item {
display:block;
}

Will try your plugin for couple more days before rating, but so far, it’s 4, maybe 5! ??

Still after 5 months, the only google return for “pitch post” is my own question.

After the issue has been address by the programmer, looks like it’s safe now, and I’m changing my 1 star to at least 4.
Give me couple more weeks to evaluate it better and maybe will be a 5 star!!!
