I’m not sure I completely understand what you are asking here
When you are in the Venues Tab and create your Area (or Areas) – each Area gets assigned a “Capacity” which governs the number of tickets for an Event held at that Area that will be sold
Are you asking for something different?

My colleague has passed on the details you sent in your email and I’m a little confused
The title of your Forum Ticket is “Plugin is not working with WordPress 4.2.1 ” – yet when I log on to the site I see it is running version 3.9.5
Was the plugin working OK until you effected a change of some kind?
Did you update something or add a new Plugin?
At what point did you start to get the error?

Please can you provide us with some more details
When you say you are having problems editing Events – at what point does the error occur?
Is it when you have clicked on the Events tab and then select an Event, or is it when you click on the grey rectangular box to Edit an Event’s Properties?
Is it when you try to edit one of the Event Properties, and if so – which one?
If you would be willing to have us log on to an admin account on your site to take a look, that would be really helpful
You could send the URL, User and Password to [email protected]

I don’t believe we have such a timed-trial facility in the Enterprise product unfortunately….

The functionality you ask for isn’t in the base Community OpenTickets product – but is however in our Enterprise version
We are in the throes of writing a number of optional extensions for the Community version, amongst which will be a Box Office plugin that does what you say you need
Unfortunately at the moment we don’t have a timetable for doing this as we are currently working on extensions that are more needed
You can keep an eye on what is available by checking our Extensions Page at:
https://opentickets.com/extensions
and if you sign up on our mailing list on that page we will advise when this becomes available…

If it was check, cash or bank transfer – the email with the ticket link is not sent until you have marked to order as “Complete” in WooCommerce / Orders

We have sent out two invitations from our Jira Helpdesk system (hosted on Jira’s servers not ours), and a couple of days ago I sent you an email from my email @qudashot.com (hosted by Google) with manual instructions on how to get access, but you don’t seem to have received any of these
Is there another email address we can try to use for you so we can send you the manual instructions you need to access the Helpdesk ?

When you log on to manage your WordPress site with an admin account – them screen you end up in is called the Dashboard
On the left hand side if you click on OpenTickets you will find a link that will bring up the systems status that has been asked for
