In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Event Not VisibleHello @mariojm1201
We offer discounts to charities interested in buying our full Enterprise version, but not for individual plugin extensions…
You can purchase GAMP and download it and the Keychain Plugin that manages licenses from our site at:
https://opentickets.com/extensions/

Unfortunately the way out plugin is written I’m afraid this isn’t possible
Like other plugins that you can find – ours is built on the base of WooCommerce, so its ‘Products’ (which are used as tickets) are a fundamental part of the structure we use

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Issues with GAMP and venue areasHello @bradleysp
When setting up an event for use with GAMP – things have to be done in a very specific order..
To help with this we have produced some How-To videos showing the steps at:
https://opentickets.com/videos
Please can you take a look at the relevant videos to make sure you haven’t inadvertently missed out any steps
If you still have problems – we would like you to create an admin WP on the site for us so we can take a look
Please let us know

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Unable to add Event AreaHello @ian_dollar
What version of WooCommerce are you using?
If you are using the latest version (2.3.n) – they changed some of their code in a way that caused problems for some of ours
We have fixed the problem in our latest version, so please can you update our plugin and try again
Please let us know what happens

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] No ticket link in confirmation emailHello @bborman
The problem with not being able to view an order’s details was caused by a change in the new version of WooCommerce
We have corrected this with an update to OpenTickets Community Edition – so please update our plugin when you get a chance
Please also then check about the ticket link in the confirmation email – bearing in mind that the system will only send such an email when it knows that an order is complete

In reply to: [OpenTickets Community Edition] Event Not VisibleHello @mariojm1201
My colleague and I have looked into this, and the problem is being caused by a conflict with another plugin – “The Events Calendar”
If you deactivate this – you will find that it will work as it is supposed to
Another issue we see that is being caused by another problem on your site somewhere is that when managing the Settings for an Event – The “Event Area” is appearing above the “Venue”
You need to select a Venue before any of the Event Areas will show as available for selecting
We will take a look at the plugin “The Events Calendar” to see if there is an easy way to resolve the conflict which is occurring – but this will depend on how well that plugin code has been written
