But if I may give a feedback.

I use bank transfer to receive a payment. This method is different from other method of payment such as paypal. As it will never change status automatically to something else. So I have to change many orders manually.

For paying customers, no problem. On hold to Processing to Completed.

But here’s the problem. If someone order something, but never pay.

If there were hundreds of orders like this, it would be a nightmare, as I have to check among all on hold orders, which ones that have passed the time limit.

So my suggestion, there would be a setting like Hold Stock, but to change On Hold status to Cancelled after certain days.

Hi, I would like to know, is this only works on changing the status form “Payment Pending” to “Cancelled”?

What about “On Hold” to “Cancelled”?

I have deleted all transients by using transient manager plugin.
And purged server cache through cpanel.
And then did the manual cron execution.

Still the same.

By the way in Health Check plugin recommended by Shane there’s an info:

As you can see there are only two active plugins. It’s woocomemrce and wp control.

Anda I have changed the theme to Store Front.

But still not working.

I have installed the plugin you suggested. But no error banner across the top of the Admin.

Does this means, I can’t white list other user?

For example, last time a developer needs to check his plugin and needs to “play” with the login.

I want to whitelist his IP, so he won’t be lockout.

I’m experiencing the same thing

I have made some test.

It’s not the theme.

So what happened is…
If activated the module and I insert in the IP list that isn’t my IP adress. I can’t log out. But if it’s mine, I can log out.

It has conflict with Virtue Theme.

Bruteforce > Login Whitelist.

Have you tried doing a theme/plugin conflict test?
Maybe another plugin or your theme is contributing to this behaviour. If you find which it is let me know.

I haven’t.

My theme: Virtue Theme Premium.

For example, I’m as the admin of my site.
If the whitelist module were activated.
I can’t logout after logged in. I always get redirected back to the main dashboard.

Another example: a customer logged in. (I use woocoomerce)
He can’t log out too.

Doesn’t have anything to do with any IP white listed.

No error message.

Never mind… conflict with security plugin.

Problem solved. Changed the blog_charset on “options” table to UTF8 instead of UTF7
