I replied to a ticket (89715) (license key was provided of course) but I still do not receive any response, but that’s ok, maybe you have to review everything.

Meanwhile, I want to share a few thoughts regarding this topic:

Once I registered on 2checkout – INS settings wasn’t there at all, instead of that I had (and still have together with INS settings) IPN and LCN settings.
I contacted 2checkout before and asked to enable INS for my 2checkout account and they activated it, and INS settings appeared in my 2checkout admin panel. They also told that INS system is old and better to use IPN and LCN instead, but I insisted to enable INS for me.
So maybe 2checkout plugin has to be rewritten to support IPN and LCN? Because I am not sure that they support INS in the same way as before for all customers especially for new customers.

Also, I realized that once the transaction is done – my website with a purchase-confirmation page is opened, and it waits for 8 seconds till it redirects to a receipt page (where user can check the status of his payment and download item).
What if 8 seconds are not enough to receive all needed parameters (about successful payment) from 2checkout? How can I change a number of seconds?

From 2checkout “reports” I checked INS webhooks and I see that it is working and each time I purchase smth it shows me that INS webhook with status order_creted than order_status_changed, etc are working. Maybe 2checkout are not able to process those webhooks during the first 8 seconds?

I have a problem too,
I do not know why but 2checkout payments are succeeded, but on WordPress (EDD) site I have status Pending. 2checkout has 2 checkout options – 1 is “2checkout onsite” which is working just well and simple “2checkout” – which always brings me Pending result. Simple “2checkout” – this is when I am trying to pay via 2checkout using paypal – in this case, it redirects me on secure 2checkout environment where I can choose how to pay. 2checkout onsite – this is payments on my website – without any redirections. I want to use 2checkout in order to receive paypal payments.

All webhooks and INS is setup properly, checked with both supports EDD and 2chckout. And now I do not know what to do…

Contacted EDD support but they couldn’t understand a problem and asked to contact 2checkout then 2checkout asked to contact EDD support and this situation repeats
