I see how it works now, I wonder is it possible to implement greying out or highlighting booked dates on the datepicker somehow? Just a thought.

sorry to keep bothering you!
I looks like maybe I have a jQuery conflict from another plugin. Disabling the plugin solves the issue of being able to select an end date prior to the current date and selected start date. I just want to clarify, should a date which already has a booking be unselectable(greyed out) in the datepicker of the contact form when making a new booking?

Thank you for your reply, yes I do have [text* start_date id:start_date] and [text* end_date id:end_date] in my form. Perhaps I have a plugin or theme conflict somewhere? Do you have any suggestions of how I can troubleshoot this issue?
