Really disappointed there’s not an email that gets sent to customers when they’ve cancelled a subscription. I have received emails confirming that a subscription has been cancelled – wasting both my time and the customers’.

I would also like an easy way to customise the emails that get sent rather than having to dig around in the theme folder. Perhaps that’s wishful thinking though ??

I have included the following in my wp-config file, which makes the website https://www.frankston.co (not ideal, but at least it seems to work).

define( ‘NOBLOGREDIRECT’, ‘https://www.domain.com’ );

Seems to work at least for now!

It seems as though frankston.co is fine – but https://www.frankston.co seems to be having a problem ending up at https://www.frankston.co/wp-signup.php?new=frankston.co

Not really sure where to look to fix this. I’ve gone into wp-config and changed the multisite to franston.co from https://www.frankston.co but that just created a redirect loop. At least right now I can still sort of see a page!

You were correct – my web host doesn’t allow the wildcard subdomains which is unfortunate. I’ve included a new subdomain via cpanel with jobs.frankston.co and also *frankston.co.

At the moment though all I get on jobs.frankston.co is Index of and cgi-bin. I can’t access the dashboard or any of the backend. This seems like a positive step, but I’m unsure how to progress. Do you have any thoughts?

I have also started receiving hits from this website but I don’t have the plugin. Perhaps it’s something else entirely?

Didn’t seem to work well when I used it, but that was a couple of months ago.

I also tried the SlickRemix premium plugin and set payment to zero, but found that didn’t work long term either.

I think I tried it, found that the plugin didn’t really work/suit me and moved on to something else. To be honest I haven’t really found anything that does the right job though. Good luck in your plugin search if this one didn’t work!

I’ve downloaded the latest version (1.3.3) for all websites.

It seems to work now. What I’ve done, is have three icons with links to external sites (custom links). However, I’ve clicked off “show link” for the first custom link. Hooe that makes sense.

For example, I have ‘fixed’ the https://www.studentview.com.au website by having three custom links with icons (studentcoupon.com.au -hidden- then studenttrade.com.au then studentcoupon.com.au).

Ideally, I could just have each of them show up without the extra one hidden. Not sure what’s causing the problem though ??
