Hi wfasa and LotteMike,
I had two error messages:
– Scan terminated with error: There was an error connecting to the Wordfence scanning servers: cURL error 28: Connection timed out after 10002 milliseconds
– Scan Failed The current scan looks like it has failed. Its last status update was 5 mins ago. You may continue to wait in case it resumes or stop and restart the scan
The fix appears to have fixed the connection error but I was also still getting the scan failed error.
I tried un-ticking some of the options under All Options > General Options (Scan files outside your WordPress installation and Scan images, binary, and other files as if they were executable) which I had previously ticked so that more of the site files were scanned. Un-ticking these options lets me complete a scan.
If the scan is timing out is this a hosting issue?

We are having the same issue – I will run the diagnostic and content of php file and send them through.
Emails on their way to you for the two tests.
LotteMik, you can call the file anything you want e.g. wftest.php then FTP it to your root directory and then via the browser go to https://www.yourdomain.com/wftest.php (changing yourdomain.com to your own website address)

Hi,
Even though there was an error the plugin appears to have updated and now shows as v7.0.2. It appears to be working fine, even ran a scan.
Do you think I should still uninstall and reinstall?

I’ve just tried the Pro version of FooBox and it is working BUT won’t validate a license number! Seems there are issues on both the Free and Pro verisons!

Lots of people seem to be having an issue getting Foobox to work with Foogallery. Foobox isn’t appearing in the drop down so it’s defaulting to the dFactory lightbox!

Same here. Uploaded the Foo gallery and Foobox plugins and noticed that in the gallery the drop down only allows for ‘none’ or ‘Responsive Lightbox by dFactory’. It doesn’t have an option for Foobox free.
I’ve had to deactivate the Foobox plugin as I was also getting the “We’ve noticed one gallery isn’t associated with Foobox. Click to associate it”. but this makes no difference and the message keeps appearing.
I’ve ended up downloading the Responsive Lightbox by dFactory plugin.
A resolution on this would be great.
I don’t think we’re allowed to say here – but I googled your id and emailed you (hope it’s the right email address ??
Despite the update I don’t think the new version of the plugin works responsively. It still does what I said in my first post.
Despite numerous emails and sending testing to Envira support I gave up and moved to a different plugin which works as I would expect a responsive gallery plugin to work.
Such a shame as it used to be a good plugin.

Hi Jeroen,
Just checked out the advanced shipping setup in the demo but couldn’t find the shipping zones extension under Woocommerce > shipping. Is it present in the demo?
Thanks,
Elaine
Hi Jeroen,
So it sounds like the WooCommerce Advanced Shipping plugin is the way to go and will allow us to do all of nr #1-4.
Does the WAS Shipping Zones extension; https://docs.shopplugins.com/article/26-woocommerce-shipping-zones cost extra?
Thanks for such quick replies and your patience ??
Elaine
Hi Jeroen,
Thanks for your reply.
Can I clarify using the free plugin would it be possible to setup:
1) Person from UK orders something and no matter the cost they get free shipping.
2) Person from US adds items to the cart and the cart total is under $100 – they are charged on a per item basis.
3) Person from US adds items to the cart and the total is over $100 – they are not charged for shipping i.e. shipping is free.
4) Person from France, Spain, Italy, Poland, Canada etc adds items to the cart and no matter the cart total they are charged on a per item basis.
If this is possible how easy is it to setup a very large group of countries with the same condition or do you need to keep adding counties using the “Or match all of the following rules to allow this shipping method”.
Just seen this which might answer if its possible to add multiple countries to one condition — https://jeroensormani.com/wp-content/uploads/2014/10/was-multiple-countries.jpg – can you explain about the extension.
Will also take a look at WooCommerce Advanced Shipping plugin ?? Happy to pay for the plugin if one of the versions can do the above.
Elaine

In reply to: [Posts 2 Posts] Non reciprocalBuilding site for someone and they only want to pick what links to what i.e page 1 –> page 2 but not page 2 –> page 1 which is why I was also looking for a plugin that simply shows all pages and allows you to choose what links to display (without adding the link back).
Thank you for all your help (and time) – its much appreciated.

In reply to: [Posts 2 Posts] Non reciprocalDo you know any other plugins that would allow just one link without having to hide anything?

In reply to: [Posts 2 Posts] Non reciprocalWould that be possible – I can’t see any difference in the HTML between a “to” and “from” link?
