?Thank you for reaching out to support! I’m seeing some JavaScript errors on that page coming from the custom.js on line 79 of that file. Can you try to enable “Enable No-Conflict Mode” in the WordPress admin -> weForms -> Settings and see if that works for you?

?Thank you for reaching out to support! I noticed that the UI setting where changed I’m going to get this into an update for weForms
However, in the mean time you can add the below code at the bottom of the child theme’s functions.php file to change the checkbox type to enable the Contact Form on the vendor dashboard.

?Thank you for reaching out to support! You can go into the notification and remove the “All Fields” option in the notification and add the fields to the notification that are not the attachment. Then you can block the /uploads folder with htaccess.
You can also allow the uploads folder for logged in users so the administrators can see the file uploads. That way the administrator email that goes out with the link would still work.
I do realize this is a workaround and it would make more since that it goes out in the email as an attachment. I’m going to get that added as a feature request and get that in a future update.
