First delete those 2 directories first using your FTP client, And then download WordPress fresh copy and extract it, Open WordPress folder select all the files and drop it them into your FTP.

In reply to: Media Upload ErrorTry changing the permissions on the wp-content directory to 766. If you still have problems, try 767, 775 or 777. Once your uploads are working, change the permissions on wp-content back to 755 again and check that everything still works OK.

Can you post your website url here so we can check it and tell you. Alternatively you can try /wp-login.php. But it looks wp-admin directory is missing in your WordPress files.

And also Site url means the main front end url and wordpress means the url whee wordpress files are so in this case both should be https://meshoppy.com and make sure you have all the files moved from /mysite.
