All other sites with the same theme work without issues.
We managed to solve the problem by removing this user and then add it again with the same role (admin) and now everything is visible again.

thank you for mentioning that but as far as we can see that is not the issue, to clarify the other CSV (from https://spuitbuswinkel.nl/ ) also has the “issue” we think is causing the import error, because when we export it it also includes text on lines/columns it should not it seems (see file at: https://file.io/yJAjHT314UBp ).

Normally no matter what description, short description, meta, etc. you include each product and/or variation stays on 1 row/line.. in both these cases there is information about the product or something on some rows instead of within the row belonging to the product itself.

yes we use the mentioned standard prodcedure in Woocommerce > products > all products > export.

Thank you, we managed to get it working.

No the page that links to how to get google places ID in your plugin settings, it links to page with a video, some text and a contact form which does not work.

Two ID’s:

place ID works fine, i downloaded a different plugin and it works within 2 minutes.
I have tried different ID’s and none of them worked and yet they all do with the plugin from trustindex.io.

The message issue is from the link with help in the plugin, it goes to a link on ljapps.com.

posting a message on your site does not work as well.. it keeps saying “slow down your posting to quickly” literally one sentence or even one word messages that are typed an hour ago are still to quickly XD

We have set labels offcourse and conditions to “out of stock” label but it only shows on individual product page(s) not in the overview pages of the shop and/or any category.

So it means people still have to click to the individual product before they can see it is out of stock which is frustrating for them and offcourse an not needed extra step.

To clearify all integrations are set correctly (events manager, cf7 and custom are all active) and i have tried 2 fresh mail addresses that were never used before.
The only thing that changed is that mailchimp account (with the previous one it worked but they decided to use a different account).
After connecting this account you could see the new list, i refreshed those connections also, i even removed the entire plugin and re-installed it and set it all up again but sadly no luck.

So i can only think it went wrong after changing accounts (offcourse the old API was removed and the new one was added).

Ok, i figured it out myself.
There was a step missing in the verfication process in the mollie account.
Now its working fine.
