Like I wrote in my last message: I’m not sure what he meant by caching plugin and asked if he could give me an example of what to use.

Regarding your request, here you have an example order:

I narrowed it down to that the issue happens when I give the customer a coupon code for the whole amount + Free Shipping marked. So if they shop for 50€ and they have a coupon for 50€ this issue might happen. But not every time. There is no other logic that I can find.

So to summarize, when they have the whole amount deducted and free shipping this might happen.

Ok that explains why it’s not working at least. But unfortunate that it will not work with other plugins since the Woocommerce feature is quite basic and not that useful.

I’ve added the snippiet and it still doesn’t work. You can access the website and try and put add products until the total is above 70€ and go to the checkout page and see if you have free shipping or not. Do not check the mini cart, that is a different plugin.

Yes, when it’s on Processing and I try to complete it it just goes to On Hold. When I check the log it actually says:
Order status changed from Processing to Completed.

You are correct, I was using an addon called “Weight Based Shipping” that was interfering with this setup. I removed the the Free Shipping also and only used the Addons setup, which was wrong as well. So I did everything from scratch again and now it’s working proberly.
