As you can see it is a bit of a tough one to crack, especially with a larger website with a LOT of content.

I am also using this plugin and I have found by using the country code “UK” for the United Kingdom it works. It clearly states that “gb” is the country code, but I tried using “uk” and it works perfect. Maybe try that and see if it works for you.

I am also interested in such a solution our company website. We operate across regions, however at this stage language is not too much of an issue, other than variations in English. However some content differs between regions and other content remains the same. It there is a plugin to solve this problem.

I had to empty all the tables and then import the database, but it seemed to have done the trick. Thank you very much for your help.

OK, so do I just empty the blc_instances table and then try and ‘import’ the backed-up database again?

how do I empty the table? can’t find bl_instances did you mean blc_instances? I have NO CLUE!!

I made a mistake earlier today to delete a user which had loads of content attached to it and didn’t ask to be transferred to another user. I made a manual backup a month ago, which I am happy to restore to, but it doesn’t seem to work.

I am not technical at all, so struggle to even understand where to look for the errors.

You’re assistance would be appreciated.
