when i want to make a new method shipping when i click on it its show me that >>

When I click that button, it takes me down and shows me this error:

And when I enter the shipping location and click on “Save changes” it shows me this error: as if asking me to leave the site.

Hi, the (free) plugin is installed on my site, the settings are configured properly. But when a variation of a certain product runs out of stock, no X appears on it
