With Total Cache plugin I have the best results, about 80% faster loading, no lags, no problem with settings!
About 70% users have better results with super cache plugin, it is well known!WP Super Cache is the best!

It is for free and it has more features and settings… :)) (OK it is just for FB, but there are plugins for every site)… I dont know why dont you include more option for customization
