Yeah Carmen, the devs of this plugin really don’t care about your problems after you buy the pro version. You paid them money. You cannot ask for a refund. Well, you can, but you will not get it. Stick with the free version for less headaches.
To clarify, this happened to my website as well. The only fix that I could get from them was cricket sounds. So, I uninstalled the pro version. They added insult to injury the next day by telling me that my renewal was coming due. I cancelled my subscription to the plugin. It’s just not worth it in the end.
