for 1 – I meant – how to enable the tickets to be visible to guest users after users submit a ticket something like a public blog archive.
for 3 I meant – when uploading video or image to post after publishing the media is embedded in the post and in tickets, there is a link.
*) Is there any integration with Buddyboss?
*) any option to add geolocation with a map for the current user location?

thank you, sir, for your quick reply.
yes, it is one multisite installation and this plugin allows you to add multiple network addition to the main network on the same database.
my issue is when activating the plugin in the main network the 2FA option does not work in the other networks and users can log in without the 2FA.
AS WELL I WONDERED IF ALL OTHER OPTIONS LIKE Brute Force, a firewall that connects to PHP Variables Manager of the installation folder… are operating and how can I check and be sure that is really working on all networks?

I tried to go live with PayPal:
product variation 1 – $0 – after successful payment redirect to order page with a download link, and the user is login.
when trying to download the product I’m getting an error: “Sorry, you have reached your download limit for this file Go to shop.”
if I’m going to my account downloads there is nothing there.
order status-completed

Payment pending (unilateral). Order status changed from Pending payment to On hold.

I’m using PayPal sandbox maybe this is the reason?
