Divi created a new element just for the plugin, I tried using that but it didn’t work, I also tried with the widget bar, like the plugin showed in the “Edit Filter” section, and it didn’t work either.
But I noticed that filters worked when using the widget bar element (Divi) and a shop element (Divi) in all other pages different from the main shop page. I was testing the filters in the main shop page. They didn’t work only in that page.

As long as I use other pages different from the main Shop page, it works perfectly.

I’ve created a filter, Im using an attribute “Size” (created in Products>Attributes) in the “Attributes” options inside the plugin.
I can see the filter in the page just fine, but when I choose a “size” the plugin doesn’t filters the products (check the link I gave you, site has some problems but you should see it)

thank you for the fast answer
I meant that I’m using a normal attribute, the ones under Products > Attributes.

Maybe I’ve missed something in the configuration of the plugin?
