Thank you for reaching out! The basic version of the ELEX Role-Based Pricing plugin does not include support for variable product pricing and discounts. This functionality is part of the premium version.

Thank you for sharing the details! At the moment, the custom text plugin is designed to add prefixes and suffixes to the product price, not the product name. Hence, it does not support displaying custom text in the product name on the WooCommerce order page.

Currently, it is not possible to display both prices (with tax and without tax) as we have implemented the option to show the price with or without tax as a separate feature. Sharing screenshots that illustrate the problem would be very helpful for troubleshooting.Additionally, please note that our ELEX WooCommerce DHL Express Shipping Method plugin is specifically designed for WordPress-based websites and must be installed on a WordPress site. If your website doesn’t use WordPress, the plugin will not function correctly.

Thanks for contacting us. We’ve been unable to reproduce the attribute visibility issue on the quote form, even with multiple attributes linked to a variation.
Please try the following troubleshooting steps:
- Please make sure you’re using the latest version of the plugin.
- Deactivate other plugins individually and temporarily switch to the default WooCommerce theme to check for any theme or plugin conflicts.

Greetings! If the category filter works as expected for all categories except one on your site, it’s possible that there’s an issue connecting the category with the associated products. To help analyze and resolve this, please follow the steps below:
- Verify the product count linked to the affected category on the product category page. https://prnt.sc/-Dj3P52ZM0Aa
- On the shop page, apply the category filter and try filtering products by the affected category. Check if all relevant products are displayed.
- Deactivate our plugin, clear the cache, activate the plugin again, and then try to filter the products using the category filter.

2. If it is calculating the price incorrectly, please share a screenshot of the discount rule and product. This will enable us to check the exact scenario at our end.

Thanks for contacting us. As per the current functionality, the plugin applies the minimum order amount rule based on user roles. However, applying a minimum order value based on shipping methods is not a feature of the plugin at this time. I hope this clarifies.

While we were unable to replicate the PHP warning on our end, we’ve reviewed the code at the specified line and implemented a fix based on our analysis. A new version with this update will be released soon.
