Thank you look forward to hearing more!
Hi, just to add to this…
We have a conditional field that is hidden by default if a radio button is set to NO which it is as default, and visible if the radio button is set to Yes.Your latest update broke this. After some time spent investigating, I figured out it wasn’t applying the “display:none” style, to the conditional field, as part of the conditional in CSS.
Reverted back to earlier version of plugin and worked fine.
So will wait for your next update, and hopefully this is also fixed with the conditional changes you make!

In reply to: [Checkout Address AutoFill For WooCommerce] Change field orderThanks for sharing your solution kristinadowns
Plugin developers – can you advise… does the plugin support template overrides? for instance is there a folder in our theme directory we can move the template file too so it doesn’t get overwritten in future updates!
Thanks!
Hi just wondering if you had a chance to check this yet?
Thanks
Gary
Hi again,
I have sent this now,
Thanks
Thank you, again appreciated. Will have this sent within 24 hours.
Hi Gabe,
Thanks again so much for your time looking at this,
I’ve tried what you suggested.Firstly this is to check if the file is unloaded from the homepage even though backend says it’s not.
The file is not unloaded.
Here are the steps I took:https://prnt.sc/p8dv0a – file before switch set (present on homepage)
https://prnt.sc/p8dvlv – set switch
https://prnt.sc/p8dw4c – I press this button (switches resets to enabled)
https://prnt.sc/p8ek7o – Then refresh and script still loadedSecondly I set the option to manage in the frontend
Then repeated the process at the bottom of the page, by unchecking one of the scripts:
But the same thing happened, nothing was unloaded. The switch reset, and the css is still in the inspector!
Do you have any other ideas?
Best,
Gary
Hi Gabe,
Thanks for the help.
I updated the plugin but still have same issue. Here is a screenshot of the backend:
https://prnt.sc/p5859zI select to disable something, e.g.
https://prnt.sc/p585oiThen press Update
But then the page reloads and I see this:
https://prnt.sc/p586ayI’ve tried with other css files and js but they all behave the same way!
Thanks again for troubleshooting.
Best
Gary
Hi there,
Thank you for your help. I tried that, it did add the header back but unfortunately destroyed the template form. All the styling broke.
Maybe this is because we are using Avada as our theme, and the template is in Elementor? not sure. The page looks fine when I choose ‘Cartflows boxed’ as the template, but it is missing the header. But when I change the template to ‘default’ the header appears on the page but all the form styling breaks!
Can you suggest anything else?
Many thanks!
Gary
Hi there,
This appears related to the menus. I imagine as you are not showing a menu on the page, it’s generating the error. there’s some info on it here: https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/text-undefined-in-mobile-menu/
To get rid of that error you could try adding this in your theme’s custom custom css section:
.cartflows_step-template #sid {display:none!important;}
