Ok,

For future reference, here is what I did.

I had to completely wipe out the images from my page and then also delete them from the gallery/Media library.

I then reloaded them into the Media Library and after wiping out all the html for those particular images, I replaced them back in.

Then it just started working again.

This also might be related to flipping from the visual to html editors. It’s like a bad habit even though I am trying to stick with one or the other.

Hi Shane,

I’ve placed the code by simply copying and pasting it under the existing code and checked the content folder with my ftp program…it is assigned a numeric value of 755.

Still, my samples page is going to a blank page and not opening up a lightbox.

I am going to check if something is different from the other pages

Well, I decided to bite the bullet and after about 6 hours of fighting I am almost back to normal.

I wish I was smarter so I didn’t have to work so hard everytime I touch something!

I better back this site up now before I lose it!

OK, I’ve checked all of this and everything seems in order and still having issues. I am going to do a complete backup and then a full reinstall of WP.

I’ve checked this and by its description, the issue is at line #1 of my index.php file in the root directory. However, I changed the <?php and ?> code just to make sure and that doesn’t seem to fix the issue.

Also, why is it that when I enter https://www.ai2-3d.com vs https://ai2-3d.com I get some pages showing up ok? My samples page is screwed then, but most of the other pages work?

I’ve set everything back to normal and am going to try and move this all over again…the best I can do is get a partial page up but the main post page on the home page is missing

Update…I believe it was the Thickbox plugin that did something funny…I have removed it and everything snapped back into place as far as the spacing goes.

Lightbox has not been working though.

Ok, not a problem going forward…

Any suggestions to as to the best way to fix this?

I’ll try and experiment.

Well, now all my spacing is screwed up and even if I put in html spaces for new paragraphs and new lines, nothing happens.

I saw there was a post that said you should work in either the HTML or the Visual windows, but not both…is this still an issue?

I guess I should add that I tried to shut off Thickbox and it still didn’t help. I am thinking it may have overwritten the Lightbox settings?

The YouTube SimpleGallery does work nicely with Thickbox…

I decided to add it to all pages.
