Thank you for getting back to me. I believe I have Figured out the issue. It seems it is when they enter incorrect stripe information and click submit – it counts it as a submission ID but doesn’t submit it since they entered it incorrectly.

I actually just researched how to view the database and was a lot simpler then I thought. The numbers do skip in the database table as well.

unfortunately the Database is not something I am too familiar with. It’s also an active site so I wouldn’t want to try anything on there.

I do not believe so – we’ve had around 70 submissions and this is the first I am seeing.

I think it was since cloudflare was having issues yesterday. Is it working for you now?

Yes I am aware – I only have 2 forms and it jumped 2 numbers that aren’t in either list. Thanks

So I seem to be having the issue with other forms as well not just Forminator. Are you by any chance using CloudFlare?

Hey I am having the same issue. Emails haven’t been coming in.
Been working fine until today. I also have SMTP setup on the server end.
