Yes that is correct!! Would you know of any way how to fix that and make it look how it looks in FireFox or Opera? Just the regular ONE red navigation bar? I have been stuck on this for a LONG time!!

I also tried moving this navigation bar up under that black 728×90 ad but I couldn’t seem to do it.

Open up Internet Explorer and visit the website.

Do you see 2 RED navigation bars? Because IE7 and 8 show 2 red navigation bars, and it is only supposed to show one like in FireFox and other browsers.

Um…I’m kinda a noob ?? I tried, some of it is similar, but some of it isn’t.

I’m using a blank wordpress theme by Refueled found here: https://www.refueled.net/blank-wordpress-themes/ The Blank 2 Column – Right Sidebar one.

So yea I don’t think I can follow the instructions, coz the theme I am using is a little different ??

This is the first time I am trying to customize a theme after I lost $130 from a ”’professional”’ service that wasn’t even XHTML 1.0 W3C valid ??

Do you mean that you can’t edit the file in the text editor and save the changes? You should CHMOD the files to 666 or something that is compatible that will allow you to edit them.

Is that what you were meaning or not?
