thanks for the response. Ya I figured it was probably popular. BUT, I finally found a way to see what was calling it. It seems it was the Wordfence plugin I had installed for security. Pretty draining on load time according to webpagetest. Think i got it fixed by disabling that.
going to re enable heartbleed and check tomorrow to seee whats happening with the cpu

I agree. A while back I had Chris Christoff write a plugin for this exact purpose. Its not exactly as you describe, but all you need to do is put the order #’s separated by a comma, and press Complete. Sends an email to the customer as well (just like manually doing it).

It seems like its no longer in the WP repository, but i can send you the file if you’d like to try.

I can’t update due to the required database change. Due to an outdated plugin that we use – Order CSV export. When you released 1.10, I reached out the sales dept. It has now to pay to rewrite the plugin to be compatabile with the new versions. Since, I have used your suggestion and gone back and forth between 1.8 and 1.9. I sent an email originally a week ago, still do not have a quite. Can you please check on this?
I am a bit frustrated, as I have had way better service than this previously. I routinely use you guys to help develop or change things and never had a response take this long.

Still think this should be made an option as every state, country has different laws how to apply tax.

Some themes aren’t compatible (like mine) with the JWOS. In the jigoshop settings, disable it and that will take care of it.
Inform your theme developer about the new Jigoshop version and hopefully they update the theme for you.

@paulpreston Thank you. I appreciate it. I’ve had issues where my download link doesn’t download the correct up to date file, so he may have updated it, but there is a problem on my account links.

Amadeusz told me yesterday morning that the problem was fixed and the fix was uploaded. Unfortunately, the download link links to the same version…

Fix –
click screen options in the top right.
uncheck the wpcr
use shortcode: [WPCR_INSERT]

Have you tried your site with the basic 2014 or 2013 WP themes? We have an issue with IE 8 and 9 and solely is a theme incompatibility.
You should take a look at your theme forum as well.
