Thank you for your reply. Much appreciated.

I have disabled automatic creation of Amelia customer.
Unfortunately there is no option to disable WP settings from sending out an email with new users. A new user must be have a default role, which is currently ‘subscriber’.

This means that the WP login email would be sent if I did want to automatically create an Amelia customer with each booking. And my secret login address would be revealed each time, which impacts the security of my site.

This doesn’t seem to be an elegant solution to Amelia customer subscriptions. It would be useful to have this option available without the new customer automatically becoming a WP user at the same time.

    Kind regards,

Update: Customify theme @pressmaximum support page no longer valid and they don’t reply to support emails.
I re-installed the theme and the side menu is now working.

    Hi @longnguyen,

Thank you for this. I did already find and follow this support documentation. However, it didn’t resolve the issue. What happens is that the Primary Menu is inserted into the mobile header section as well as the (hamburger) Menu Icon and the full menu is then displayed in the header as a vertical block and takes up the full screen. i.e. it is not hidden within the clickable Menu Icon, which is empty on click.

I think that the primary menu is no longer assigned to the Menu Icon, as the div tag is empty on inspection. But I have no idea how to re-assign it.

I have emailed @pressmaximum for support, but it is not forthcoming…

    Regards,
