“Value” UNFILTERED PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONAnd not working, it looks like a paragraph

I use for moto tyres eshop the filters:
Name , code, brand, size, ean (for the some of products not for all).For the last 2 days the XML have problems and the website skroutz stop our shop. After some hours the store come back. I have not idea what happen. Today I make the update.
